Rotary of Long Beach Mississippi is seeking individuals in our community who have an interest in performing local and international service. Our motto is "Service Above Self" and our main goal is to strengthen the capacity of our community to support basic education and to encourage every Rotarian to find ways to improve the quality of life for people in our community and in the international community

Troop 205, located in Long Beach, MS, has been part of the Boy Scouts of America since its first approved charter in 1939. The troop offers boys between the ages of 10 and 18 the opportunity for adventure, friendship, learning, excitement, leadership, and fun. As one of the city's civic engagement opportunities, this boy-run and boy-led troop lets members plan and organize events, prepare meals, and earn achievements while practicing leadership.

Girl Scouts offers girls opportunities to build friendships, learn new skills, and develop leadership through troop activities and community service.

The Long Beach Garden Club promotes horticulture, conservation, and beautification in the Long Beach community. Its projects include the Children’s Garden at the Long Beach Public Library, Greenvale Community Garden, and garden beds at City Hall. The club also offers members education on gardening topics.

Beauty with Heart Foundation
Beauty with Heart Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting foster and underserved youth. Through self-care initiatives, mentorship, community outreach, assistance with essential needs, and special experiences, the foundation helps young people feel seen, valued, and supported. It also raises awareness about the challenges children and teens in foster care face.
